Hi! I’m Emily (she/her)

live in Rensselaer County, NY. I've been following a variety of body liberation and size inclusive accounts for several years and I was so excited when I stumbled upon BLHC in spring of 2022. I had been itching to get outside more, engage in joyful movement, and find community. For me, body liberation is all about taking up space and engaging the world in the body you have now.

I always enjoy hiking at the Albany Pine Bush Preserve—It's centrally located, has a variety of trails, and is home to a really unique habitat.
